The Cho-Yeh Counselor:
Working at Camp Cho-Yeh will be one of the most amazing and rewarding summers of your life! Cho-Yeh is a place where relationships are built and lives are impacted in a Christ-centered environment. Everything we do at Cho-Yeh revolves around building relationships. Your primary responsibility as a counselor is to build a relationship with your campers and love on them with the
unconditional love of Jesus Christ. Each summer, boys and girls aged 6 – 16 attend one or two-week sessions and/or specialty camps such as Christian Leadership Training or Kamp K'aana. All the events, programs and activities that our campers participate in are designed to develop self-confidence, independence, and relational skills. As a counselor, you will have many responsibilities:

As a counselor, you will have many responsibilities:
- Live in a cabin with 8-15 campers and one or two co-counselors.
- Monitor the health and safety of your campers
- Lead cabin devos each night
- Teach or assist activities
- Keep leadership up to date about the overall cabin life, camper situations, and needs of the campers
- Provide encouragement and accountability for fellow staff
- Accompany campers at all times
- BUT MOST OF ALL, showing our campers what it means to live a life that is passionate about following Jesus Christ.
