Payment Schedule and Cancellations:
*All registration fees/deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. All camp fees and paperwork are due in the Cho-Yeh office on May 1. If enrolling after the May 1st deadline, all forms and tuition will be due in the office no later than 3 weeks prior to camp arrival. Cancellations occurring 30 days prior to your camper's session will result in a refund of all payments except the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee. Cancellations occurring within 30 days prior to your camper's session will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition including the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee.
*All session changes occurring after May 1st will result in a $25 per camper Session Change Fee.
