Meeting Spaces

All overnight and day guest rates include the use of one meeting facility.  Additional meeting spaces may be granted depending on availability, and may require an additional charge.  Meeting rooms may also be rented for stand-alone use by day-only groups such as banquets, training sessions, or parties.

There are many different meeting facilities located throughout the retreat center and camp regions.  They vary widely in size, features, and amenities.  In most cases, we will reserve a meeting space for your group based on your group size and the area of the camp in which your housing is located.  Because of the large number of groups that may be using the camp at the same time, requests for a particular room or multiple rooms cannot always be guaranteed.

Media equipment is also available upon request on a first-requested basis.  In most cases, we will be able to provide a basic sound system and up to 2 microphones.  For groups requiring complex sound systems and a large number of inputs, we generally recommend that you bring a system with you that you know will meet your needs.  The same is true of video projectors, as we have a limited supply available.

On the pages that follow, you will see a key that indicates the approximate size of a particular meeting space.  Please keep in mind that room sizes are estimates only and vary by significantly according to your particular arrangement and group preferences.   Meeting facilities are listed by region within the total property.  Please use the menu at left to explore the various areas.
