Camp Photographers Needed!
PURPOSE:

To provide a quality account of each week of camp through photographs. To assist with activities, staff, campers, and program events when necessary. To provide, through example, a positive Christian role model for both the Cho‑Yeh campers and staff. To provide quality camper and cabin group pictures along with quality pictures of the overall camping program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- College student
- Sound moral character, adaptability, and integrity attested by pastor and reputation
- Knowledge, skills and abilities in the areas of photography
- Must have skill and creative abilities to implement into the photography program
- Ability to maintain quality assurance of all photography
- Openness to persons of varying age, physical ability, race, and economic status
- Strong caring and nurturing personality
- Strong personal faith and the ability to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by being a living example
- Ability to navigate rugged, hilly terrain on foot.
- Desire and ability to work with children in the out of doors
- Ability to relate to one's peer groups
- Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience and self‑control
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Photographer:
- To gather photographs of all Camp events, campers and staff.
- Organize, clean and maintain care of all photography equipment.
- Assist in organizing the camp picture process each week of camp. This includes training staff, taking pictures, ensuring the proper development and duplication of the pictures, putting the pictures into the memory mates and supervising picture sales.
- Sorting, editing and posting pictures to our online database daily.
- Assist in the organization of the picture sales on Closing Day of camp. Assist with program events, activities and preparation for these things when necessary.
- Provide encouragement and accountability for fellow staff.
- Show Christian living through leading by example.
- Perform other duties as assigned or reassigned.
