Caroline has been coming to Camp Cho-Yeh for 9 years, first as a camper and now as a summer staffer. Cho-Yeh’s vision is to build the next generation of Christian leaders through cultivating faith, nurturing community, and forging character. Caroline can easily see how Jesus Christ transformed her life throughout the years of coming to this place.
After years of watching passionate college students engage with campers, she decided to do the same. Read Caroline’s own words about why she is choosing to now impact others:
“Cho-Yeh has always been my home away from home. The sense of community at Camp is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Everyone you meet at Cho-Yeh is so compassionate and ready to share their love for the Lord.
From the nine years that I’ve been at camp, I have grown tremendously in my walk with Christ. Each year I learn how to further implement my faith in my everyday life after camp. Cho-Yeh has provided me with such a firm foundation that has gotten me through my hardest times.
I’ve had so many influential counselors over the years who have helped shape my faith and have inspired me follow God’s calling and spread His word. I’m so beyond grateful that Cho-Yeh gives me that same opportunity.
Sharing my fire for the Lord with campers and leading them to Christ is so incredibly rewarding and I plan on coming back for many years to come!”
