Waypoint Interns

The Waypoint Leadership Program is a paid, year-long commitment beginning in August each year. Work 40-50 hours per week gaining skills and knowledge throughout Camp, then come together with other interns for 10-15 hours of personal and community development in the evenings each week. Your time serving at Camp will help you clarify your next steps and allow you to build your future resume. While it's not guaranteed, your next job could be right here...currently 8 former Interns are serving on our full time staff.

Building the Next Generation of

Christian Leaders

Waypoint is a navigational term defined as a plot point along a route or journey. It marks a place for directional change providing you a direct route towards your goals. Cho-Yeh desires to build up the next generation of Christian leaders by cultivating faith, nurturing community, and forging character in the lives of young men and women at this critical stage of life.

Work. Learn. Lead. Grow.

Being a Waypoint Intern is more than just finding your next job. It's designed to help you find yourself. As you learn to selflessly serve our retreat guests and summer camp families, you will be practicing servant leadership, a skill that will benefit you for years to come. Bible studies, book discussions, and personality assessments will deepen your understanding of who you are and how you uniquely fit into God's story.
