Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will serve in a hands-on position responsible for creating and implementing Camp Cho-Yeh’s marketing and sales strategies for multiple departments.  This position works closely with the VP of Advancement to craft, coordinate, and distribute key messages to targeted markets to reach both existing and potential camper families, retreat groups, summer staff, gap year students, and donors.  This role provides an individual with effective communication skills the opportunity to communicate the transformative power of camp in a mission-driven nonprofit organization that is adopting the highest standards in every category of camping operations.

Retail Manager

The Retail Manager will serve in a hands-on position responsible for successfully implementing and overseeing Camp Cho-Yeh’s retail operations in multiple locations. While working on the shop floor, and in constant contact with customers and staff, this position ensures great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of each location. This position works closely with the VP of Advancement and provides an individual with effective business skills the opportunity to engage campers and guests to both enhance customer experience and generate revenue in a mission-driven nonprofit organization that is adopting the highest standards in every category of camping operations.

Waterfront Operations Specialist

The Waterfront Operations Specialist will serve in a hands-on position responsible for managing Camp Cho-Yeh’s Lake Livingston waterfront programming and property.  This role works closely with both Summer Camp and Retreats departments to fulfill recreation and program needs. The Waterfront Operations Specialist will have overall responsibility for all recreation at Camp Cho-Yeh’s Lake Livingston property, with special emphasis on waterfront operations.  This role provides an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and waterfront expertise the opportunity to impact lives through unique lakefront recreation in a high-growth, mission-driven nonprofit organization that is adopting the highest standards in every category of camping operations.

Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational  support for the VP of Operations and Operations teams. This role is key in keeping the Operations teams efficient and organized, therefore creating a successful work environment. Able to work well with all the departments at camp, while also being a professional representative of Camp Cho-Yeh in the community, working with many outside vendors. A highly detail oriented person with the desire to see camp excel in all operational areas.

Event Staff

Event Staff is a weekend, hourly position hired to facilitate activities for our guest retreats. Activities include, but are not limited to high ropes, lifeguarding, and paintball. This is a local position that pays minimum wage and requires someone who is professional, outgoing, and responsible. Apply here.
