The VP of Programs will serve in a hands-on position responsible for developing, leading and growing Camp Cho-Yeh’s program ministries. This role is responsible for leading a creative and robust team of camp professionals to ensure that the mission of Camp Cho-Yeh is carried out with excellence through the summer camp program. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the VP of Programs will play an integral role in shaping the strategic plan for impacting more lives more deeply through camp.

Director of Marketing
The Marketing Director will serve in a hands-on position responsible for creating and implementing Camp Cho-Yeh’s marketing and sales strategies for multiple departments. This position works closely with the VP of Advancement to craft, coordinate, and distribute key messages to targeted markets to reach both existing and potential camper families, retreat groups, summer staff, gap year students, and donors. This role provides an individual with effective communication skills the opportunity to communicate the transformative power of camp in a mission-driven nonprofit organization that is adopting the highest standards in every category of camping operations.

The Retail Manager will serve in a hands-on position responsible for successfully implementing and overseeing Camp Cho-Yeh’s retail operations in multiple locations. While working on the shop floor, and in constant contact with customers and staff, this position ensures great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of each location. This position works closely with the VP of Advancement and provides an individual with effective business skills the opportunity to engage campers and guests to both enhance customer experience and generate revenue in a mission-driven nonprofit organization that is adopting the highest standards in every category of camping operations.

Event Staff is an hourly position hired to facilitate activities for our guest retreats. Activities include, but are not limited to high ropes, lifeguarding, and paintball.
