I’m Allison, and I’m so excited to tell you about an awesome opportunity to connect with your kids while they’re at Camp. This summer, Cho-Yeh is partnering with Campanion, an app that delivers photos and updates from Camp to your phone each day during your child’s Camp session.
The app is super easy to use. You can download it onto your smartphone from your phone’s app store. Once it’s downloaded, you can log in using your camper account and upload a recent picture of your child as a training photo.
By uploading a training photo, Campanion’s Face Finder can tag photos that feature your child as soon as they’re uploaded. Cho-Yeh usually uploads over 600 photos of campers each day, so uploading a training photo means I don’t have to spend time sorting through all of them.
Campanion essentially shows your own personal social media feed filled with pictures of your camper and daily updates on weather, meals, A/O games, and other things going on around Camp. Also, your camper’s cabin photo will be uploaded to Campanion at the start of their session, and the weekly recap video will be available at the end. My boys always look forward to seeing that! Plus, Campanion is totally free to camper families!
I recommend turning on push notifications for Campanion. That way, you’ll be notified whenever Cho-Yeh’s media team posts an update or shares a photo of your child. You can expect to see these a couple of times each day.
