We are honored to be able to support your efforts by setting aside 62 beds for use by our ministry partners, at no charge, through the end of 2017. Please find detailed information regarding this offer below:

Commitment

Please do not reserve space that you are not certain you can fill.  We want to be able to maximize this offering, and without financial penalties, it is up to you to help steward the available space.

What to Expect

These facilities are equipped with window A/C units and electricity.  They are rustic, with camp style mattresses.  The cabins are located at some distance from the parking area, so please pack light and plan to carry everything to your cabin.  Restrooms are in a separate building.  Camp can be dark at night and terrain is uneven, so please bring a flashlight and appropriate footwear.

Capacities

Each building can house 12 people in bunk beds (see images below).  Please plan to utilize all beds in each housing unit to maximize the spaces.  We have exactly 62 beds available.  if you have a larger group, please contact us to explore other possible options that may be available at cost.

Restrooms

Restrooms and shower facilities are located in nearby bath houses that are shared by either 2 or 3 of the housing units.

Bedding

Linens are not provided.  Please plan to bring your own bedding and towels.

Length of Stay

Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights during the week.

Arrival and Departure

At least 1 group leader must arrive prior to 6pm.  Please plan to depart by 10am on your last day.

Minimum Team Size

20 people.  We are not able to accommodate individuals at this time.  Compatible groups will share housing when needed.

Minimum Age

Volunteers must be at least 16 years or older. Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.  All guests must have a completed Assumption of Risk form.

Pets

Please do not bring pets of any kind.

Food Service

Meals may be purchased in advance during times when our kitchen is already open.  We are currently evaluating the need for food service more broadly, so this is subject to change.
