Our ministry of hospitality includes a key focus on serving high quality, great tasting food. Our Camp Dining Hall experience is built around family-style service where guests need to make sure everyone gets served before anyone gets seconds. We also want to make sure that there are options in place for the wide range of guests we serve, so each meal includes some great alternatives. Our breakfast bar offers cereal, yogurt, whole fruit, and toast. At lunchtime we offer a fresh salad bar, a make-you-own sandwich bar, and always have options available for gluten-free, no pork, vegetarian, and lactose-intolerant guests. For dinners, we once again offer the salad bar and special dietary station. And don’t forget our home-made cinnamon rolls, rolled by hand and baked fresh!
