Summer Camp Scholarship Application

APPLICATION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

We are pleased to be able to offer limited scholarships for Summer 2023.  Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and also a first come, first served basis.  

It is recommended you apply for scholarships as soon as possible.  

No more than ONE Scholarship can be granted per child per summer.

Scholarship awards will range from $150 – $1,050 with the MAXIMUM scholarship being $1,050.

Final decisions for awarding scholarships will be made by representatives appointed by the Board of Directors for Cho-Yeh Camp & Conference Center, Inc.

This form must be completed in full to be considered.

Applications will not be considered unless the registration fee is paid.  If a family does not receive enough of a scholarship, the registration fee may be refunded.
