Partial or full scholarships are granted to camper families based on financial need. Scholarship awards can be used towards a two-week session but will never cover more than one week. Awards are made by the Scholarship Committee and are not the responsibility of the Cho-Yeh staff.

Please read all information carefully and follow each step accordingly:

Step One

Register online with $150 registration fee included, (this will not be covered by the scholarship). Scholarships will not be considered without a registration fee payment. Make sure you check the box that says “Would you like to have a scholarship application sent to you?” You will receive an email confirmation of your registration within one week.

Step Two

You will receive a link to an online scholarship application and a link to forward on to a reference in your email inbox along with your registration confirmation. Complete the application, which will include contact information, as well as information about your financial needs. You will need to forward the link for the reference letter on to your pastor, teacher, counselor, youth minister, or principal and have them complete that portion.

Step Three

The completed forms are submitted to our Scholarship Committee when you and your reference click “submit” at the bottom of each.

Step Four

Decisions about scholarship awards will be made by the Scholarship Committee once a month. Confirmation letters regarding the scholarship award will be emailed out after the committee has reviewed your application. If you are awarded a partial scholarship, the remaining balance of camp fees will be due 30 days prior to camp attendance. If the amount awarded is less than you requested and you are unable to pay the balance, your $150 registration fee will be refunded.
