This capstone experience allows our oldest campers to pursue outdoor adventure, overcome physical challenges, and develop a personal understanding of the Gospel. This 2-week program is an unforgettable experience that campers won't want to miss out on.
CLT Campers will arrive at Camp Cho-Yeh alongside the rest of our resident campers. While at Cho-Yeh, they’ll get to do some of their favorite parts of camp (A/O, Flex Time, Activities, etc.) while getting to try out things exclusive to CLT. One of the main experiences that makes CLT so special is getting to head to Camp Eagle for a week of high adventure and incredible bonding in the Texas Hill Country. The trip that they get to embark on will challenge them in new ways as they lean into each other and the Lord. Our goal is for the CLT experience to be something that campers remember for a lifetime, and brings their time as a camper to a grand finale.
This combo trip is a once-in-a-lifetime, epic adventure that combines the best adventures on land & water! This trip includes three days of hiking the rugged Texas Hill Country at Camp Eagle and kayaking the Pecos River’s pristine waters. You’ll have to battle the elements, paddle hard, and rely on your group as you swim, climb, and cliff jump your way through some of the best waters Texas has to offer.
After kicking things off at Camp Cho-Yeh, we’ll hop on a flight to Buena Vista, Colorado to meet with our trusted partners at Noah’s Ark. With the help of their adventure guides, we’ll spend seven days exploring the incredible wilderness of the Rocky Mountain National Forest. We’ll spend a day rock climbing, a day whitewater rafting & five days conquering some amazing mountains! This trip is a great combination of amazing adventure, tremendous scenery & fun challenges.
This trip is packed full of exciting opportunities to explore all that the Grand Teton National Park has to offer. Partnering with Created for Adventure, we’ll go horseback riding and enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, lakes, and waterfalls, followed by whitewater rafting down the Snake River. Our group will be tent camping at a group campsite in the national park. You’ll walk away learning technical skills such as backcountry cooking, orienteering, wildlife safety, and more!
After spending a few days at Cho-Yeh, we will catch a flight to Anchorage, Alaska to experience a week in the Last Frontier! Partnering with Created for Adventure, we will spend the week tent camping in some of Alaska’s most beautiful campsites, including Denali National Park. On this trip, you will experience new adventures with friends such as hiking and exploring glaciers, ice climbing, and whitewater rafting. You’ll learn technical skills, including backcountry cooking, orienteering, wildlife safety, and more!
