Led by Chef Ed Huck, our Kitchen Krew is committed to providing the best camp food in Texas. We strive to provide healthy, kid-friendly food that our campers and staff will truly enjoy. Campers rave about our homemade chicken tenders, cinnamon rolls, slow-cooked pulled pork sandwiches and homemade pizza. A salad bar and deli bar is offered at every lunch and dinner so even the pickiest of eaters never go hungry.
Our Camp Dining Hall experience is built around family-style service. We also want to make sure that there are options in place for the wide range of campers we serve, so each meal includes some great alternatives. Our breakfast bar offers cereal, yogurt, whole fruit, and toast. At lunchtime and dinner we offer a fresh salad bar and a deli bar.

We always have options available for gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose-intolerant campers. Our kitchen is nut-free, but our Trading Post does serve pre-packaged snacks that may contain nuts.
