Testimonials
"I love the independence that the camp experience gives my daughter. She is an only child so sometimes I feel she struggles with letting go of me. I am so happy she feels comfortable and safe at Cho-Yeh and I can see the growth each time she comes home from camp."

"My kids come home proud of themselves and strong in who they are and the path they want for their futures. Thank you!"

"Ali is a Pathfinder camper who returned to Cho-Yeh for her third summer this year. Through the years, Ali has created many meaningful friendships with her fellow campers, and views her former counselors as strong mentors. Because this has been a challenging year for everyone, she and her new cabinmates quickly started planning how they would keep in touch after their session ended. She knew from her past experiences that their shared experiences from Camp would provide a great foundation for these new friendships. Ali is already excited to come back next year to meet more people...and eventually wants to be on Summer Staff."

“Carter learned so much about himself. He built a solid relationship with Christ, something that he didn't have before camp. He found some independence, he gained self-worth, made new friends, and had amazing role models for counselors.
Carter's eagerness to learn more about Christ has continued onto his sister, and going to church has become something the kids greatly look forward to. This has motivated all four of us to get more involved with our church. We plan to be baptized as a family later this summer.”

“I needed time to grow in myself. To take a step back from the busy world and really
see who I was and what I believe and I was able to do just that.”
“I gained the experience to get the full time job I have now and I learned conflict management skills.”
“Compass helped me mature way beyond what I experienced in high school. It gave me the confidence to become a respected leader at
my university and that translated to landing a full-time position at a preeminent financial institution.”
