A two week position that gives you experience on Day Camp for a week and in a resident camp cabin for a week. Challenge Course Technician

Help our campers reach new heights by leading them in epic activities as part of our Recreation Team. You will be trained on activities like the Giant Swing, High Ropes Adventure Park, the Zipline, and more! Your summer will be spent safely leading campers in overcoming and conquering their fears. Don't have any experience? Don't worry, we'll show you the ropes. This position is a full summer commitment.

Lifeguard

Jump in to the summer with a splash and help oversee all of our water activities as part of our Recreation Team or Lighthouse Point Team. Our lake, pool and boating activities keep us cool throughout the summer, and we need people to help make sure our campers stay safe too. Lifeguard Certification training will be provided. Lighthouse Point Boat Driver

As a member of our Lighthouse Point Team, this position will facilitate all watercraft activities for both Summer Camp and Boxwoods campers. Activities include tubing, banana boating, and boat rides. Boat Drivers should strive to provide guests with a safe boating experience while maintaining a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for the activity. Will also be responsible for assisting in guest service, facilitation recreation activities, serving meals, retail and facility turnover. Position is full summer, May through August, boat driving training provided.

Boxwoods Guest Host

As a member of our Lighthouse Point Team, this position will provide excellent customer service and hospitality to guest groups at our Boxwoods site. Coordinate arrivals, shut-downs, and turnovers, answer questions, maintain schedules, and facilitate clear communication between guests and other staff. This is a full summer commitment, May through August.

Boxwoods Program Team

As a member of our Lighthouse Point Team, prepare and lead programmed events for guest groups at Boxwoods. Responsible to gather supplies, facilitate set up, lead the program and final clean up of games and events. Work with Hosts and group leaders to enhance the guest experience by catering game to the specific group and creating a fun and exciting atmosphere. Will also be responsible for assisting in guest service, facilitation recreation activities, serving meals, retail and facility turnover. Position is full summer, May through August.

Boxwoods Activity Specialist

As a member of our Lighthouse Point Team, this position will work to facilitate and maintain all non-waterfront recreation at Lighthouse Point. Activity Specialists will create a safe environment to lead activities for groups that encourages guests to participate and try new things. Activity Specialists will be responsible for maintaining all equipment and activity areas including trash removal and groundskeeping. Will also be responsible for assisting in guest service, facilitation recreation activities, serving meals, retail and facility turnover. Position is full summer, May through August.

Videographer

Share the story of camp through the view of your lens as part of our Media Team. Videographers are responsible for taking and editing footage to create epic highlight videos for each day. Photographer

Spend your summer as part of our Media Team, capturing memories for our campers to hold onto for a lifetime. Photographers are responsible for uploading daily photos of our campers for the parents to see. These pictures are treasured by our campers for years to come. Photographers also play a huge role in our marketing team and take photos for us to tell the story of Camp all year long. This position is a full summer commitment. Writer/Blogger

From lasting friendships to lives changed by Christ, camp is filled with incredible stories! The writer position will be responsible for capturing the words of our campers and staff, and crafting meaningful stories for use by our Cho-Yeh marketing team. Check out the full Job Description.

Worship Band Musician

Band members lead musical worship each morning and several evenings per week for our Pathfinder (Jr High) and Sojourner (High School) campers. Vocalists, guitarists, pianists, drummers, and bassists are all welcome to apply! Also cross trained in at least one other area of camp (e.g. Trading Post, Challenge Course, Lifeguard, etc.). What more could you want out of a summer than to be surrounded by cool Camp merchandise and Blue Bell ice cream? Working in the Trading Post, you will help with inventory, displays, checking out campers and parents and serving yummy snacks. If you're looking for experience in retail or business, this is the position for you. This position is either a full or half summer commitment.
